new_patientsWe welcome new patients. To make your first visit easier, we have provided the following information about Appointments, After-Hours Calls, Prescription Refills and Insurance. In addition, we provide copies of our patient forms for you to fill out prior to your appointment.

Appointments

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is both efficient and caring. The first step toward getting the obstetrical and gynecological care you need is scheduling an appointment. Based on the urgency of your needs, our staff will do their utmost to adjust our schedule to accommodate you. To help make your transition into our practice a smooth one, please follow these important steps:

  1. Call your insurance company to determine whether we are on your plan.
  2. If you are pregnant, make sure that your insurance company covers this procedure.
  3. Contact our office to make your appointment (714-556-0536).
  4. Refer to our Patient Forms page to download and fill out your new patient paperwork prior to your appointment.

Check in with our receptionist and provide her your insurance card and a form of identification. 

When you call for your appointment, please provide specific details about your condition.  If you have more than one problem, let us know when you schedule your appointment, so we may allot enough time for your doctor visit.

If you must miss an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. This allows us to reschedule your appointment and permits us to see another patient. To ensure a streamlined process, we will make every effort to be on time for your appointment and we request that you extend us the same courtesy.

After-Hours Calls

If you have an urgent care need outside of normal business hours, please call our main line at 714-556-0539 and you will be connected with our answering service who will notify the on-call physician. If you’re experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Prescription Refills and Lab Services

To request a prescription refill or results from lab testing, please contact our main line at 714-556-0539 and provide your patient identification information. Prescription refill requests generally take one day to process. You can expedite the process by asking your pharmacist to call or fax a request directly to our office.
